General Terms and Conditions of Sale – De Angelis Resort

1. Introduction
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between Resort 95 Village S.r.l. (hereinafter “Resort”) and the Guest. Requesting and accepting a stay at the Resort or the Village implies full knowledge, complete acceptance of and adherence to these Terms, to the Internal Regulations (available on the property’s official website and handed over at check-in), as well as compliance with the rules displayed within the complex, near the accommodation and the services, including the Centro Vacanze on the Beach.

2. Scope
These terms apply to all hotel and accommodation contracts concluded between the Resort and the Guest.

3. Conclusion of the contract
3.1 The contract is concluded when the Resort accepts the proposal.
3.2 It may be concluded orally (including by telephone) or in writing (e-mail, fax, instant messaging). Communications are valid if received during office hours.
3.3 Offers and quotes are valid for 7 (seven) days unless otherwise stated.

4. Confirmation deposit
When booking, a deposit of 30% of the total amount or the full balance, depending on the promotion, must be paid. Payment must be made within 7 days by:

• Bank transfer
• Postal money order
• Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Alipay)
• Scalapay (for bookings paid in instalments)

The booking will be confirmed only once payment has been received, by sending the booking voucher, which must be returned signed and presented at check-in.

5. Advance payment
5.1 Failure to pay in full within the stated deadlines entitles the Resort to consider the booking void.
5.2 In the event of cancellation, no-show or early departure, the Resort is entitled to retain the amounts paid unless the unit is resold.

6. Balance of the stay
The balance must be paid:

• On arrival, at check-in, by cash, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Alipay), debit card, bank or cashier’s cheque, Scalapay
• Or in advance no later than 15 days before arrival by bank transfer or credit card charge.

7. Allocation of accommodation and services
Accommodation units and related services (beach, garden) are allocated subject to availability. Parking is not linked to the accommodation.

8. Alternative accommodation
In exceptional cases, the Resort reserves the right to offer alternative accommodation of the same or a higher category, at no extra cost to the Guest.

9. Cancellation of the booking

• “No Penali” promo: cancellations up to 7 days before arrival → deposit refunded.
• Cancellations after this 7-day limit → deposit retained.
• “Not Refundable” promo: no refund in case of cancellation.

10. Arrivals and departures
Check-in from 10:30. Accommodation available:

• Hotel formula: from 16:00
• Residence formula: from 17:00
  Check-out:
• Hotel: by 12:00
• Residence: every day (beach spot to be vacated by 19:30 the evening before)

11. Check-in and identification
On arrival, each guest will receive a mandatory identification wristband. Access is allowed only to those who show a valid identity document for the registrations required by law.

12. Weather conditions and low season
Some services may be suspended in case of bad weather, breakdowns or low attendance.

13. Tourist tax

• Village formula: €1.00 per night
• Hotel formula: €2.00 per night
  To be paid on arrival.

14. Extra guests
The arrival of persons not included in the booking will result in its cancellation and the loss of the deposit.

15. Minors and responsibility
Minors must always be accompanied and supervised. Parents (or guardians) are responsible for their behaviour and for any damage to third parties or to the property.

16. Sports grounds and entertainment
Use of the courts (tennis, padel, five-a-side football) is subject to a charge, except for organised activities.
Participation in entertainment activities is optional and at the Guest’s own risk.

17. Security and safekeeping
The Resort is not liable for theft or for damage caused by other guests or natural events. Lost items must be handed in to the Management.

18. Payments on site
All payments within the property can also be made using the rechargeable magnetic card. Remaining credit is not refundable. Loss of or damage to the card: €5.00.

19. Pets
Pets are allowed only in authorised accommodation assigned at the time of booking.

20. Changes and regulations
The Management reserves the right to change services and opening hours. Failure to comply with the regulations will result in expulsion from the property. Place of jurisdiction: Ascoli Piceno.

21. Processing of personal data (Privacy)
Data will be processed electronically in compliance with Legislative Decree 196/2003 and the GDPR. The data controller is:
