Before you travel
What time are check-in and check-out?
Registration at reception opens at 10:30. Your accommodation is available from 3 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 9:30 am on the day of departure. Arrivals after reception hours must be arranged in advance.
Is a beach spot included?
Yes: when you book accommodation, a beach spot at the De Angelis Beach Club is reserved and linked to your unit for the whole stay.
Can I bring my pet?
Pets must be declared before arrival and approved according to availability and village rules; some accommodation, such as the wooden chalets, is pet friendly. Contact us to check your booking.
Until when can I cancel free of charge?
With the Classic rate (30% deposit) cancellation is free until 11:59 pm on the seventh day before arrival; after that, the deposit is retained. The Non-refundable rate is charged at 100%. Full details are in the General Terms.
When is the balance due?
With the deposit rate the balance is paid on arrival, at check-in. If you prefer to pay in advance by bank transfer, the payment must reach us at least 15 days before arrival.
