The Village Chapel was built in the early 2000s in respect of the Sanctuary of the Holy House of Loreto, which is one of the most important Marian pilgrimage sites in the world. Many pilgrims visit the sanctuary every year to pay homage to the Virgin and to pray in the Holy House.
The Chapel celebrates Holy Mass every Sunday during the summer at 7:20 p.m.
