The Terrace Three-Room Apartments were built thinking of the re-proposal of a large and comfortable accommodation but at the same time located in one of the most exciting coasts in the world.
The concept of the Terrace Three-Room Apartments was developed on a surface area of 62 m2 on a single floor on the first floor. The creation was the result of over 50 years of experience in the construction sector with specifications for a stay in complete harmony and relaxation, as a couple or with the whole family.
The Terrace Three-Room Apartments consist of an extraordinary living area, a spectacular living room, with kitchenette, table, chairs and two sofa beds. Next door, the sleeping area, with two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds. The Garden Three-Room Apartments are equipped with two bathrooms, one is located inside the master bedroom while the other is near the second bedroom. Both bathrooms were designed by studying the spaces and using Marazzi ceramic floors and coverings, Ideal Standard sanitary ware and Ceraplan taps to complete the shower cabin.
The furnishings enhance the practicality of the lines, indulging in colors and woodwork, a reference to precious craftsmanship. The colors pay homage to the infinite shades of the sea and sky, and the beauty of the materials, from the turquoise color to the typical white of the Conero stone, confirm the eco-sustainable approach of the project.
Thanks to the French windows, from sky to earth, each room communicates harmoniously with the outside, overlooking a comfortable and equipped perimeter terrace.
The equipment of the three-room Terrace Brick Apartments is completed by a 32-inch LCD TV, laptop safe and air conditioning. Inside the kitchenette there is everything necessary for the preparation and serving of meals, excluding food.
The outdoor space is completed with a table and chairs to be able to have lunch and dinner comfortably in the open air.
